WOMEN EMPOWERMENT THROUGH OFFICE SKILLS AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING

The project is implemented in Bamyan and Balkh Provinces. The project covered 162 women and girls from governmental organization staff and women who graduated newly from universities and colleagues. Through this project, the women and girls educated and trained in office skills training, basic management, and using tools and equipment in the offices.

History

ADDO was established in 2013 in Kabul, Afghanistan, by a group of Afghan volunteers as an NGO to promote democratic values and protect human rights in Afghanistan. ADDO played a key role in advocacy for promoting democracy in Afghanistan thorough the mobilization of youth groups.
